步行街旁邊，旁邊吃喝玩樂比較近，比較安靜，但是這兩天氣温下降，暖氣不太給力，開空調噪音就有點大。

太差了衞生！房間一股公共廁所味！！！衞生間就更別提了，一進去都嗆鼻子！也沒有牙刷！像在公共廁所洗漱洗澡一樣。一晚上都開窗睡的！都感冒了！破空調開了32度一點也不熱！服了！非常差的體驗！！避雷！千萬別去！

整體而言不會很差，但是這個住宿似乎不適合叫做酒店。應該叫賓館？性價比不是很高。設備衞生啥的值不上這個價。
優點：房間大。有空調地暖
缺點：洗衣房壓根不是給客人用的。就是工作人員洗被單的大波輪。而且堆了一堆雜物。 用的是滿滿工業風的大桶洗衣粉。 房內衞生間有點小，洗漱台的水龍頭生銹帶黃漬。衞生間一股陳年老房的味，不知道怎麼來的。洗浴花灑調節手柄不是很合理左邊直接被熱水搞得很燙。 我洗澡時手碰到，跟被電了一樣。
